Team Challenge Competition

Case Study -
Team Challenge Competition

Team Challenge Competitions

A great way to build a sense of unity across a large organisation in a short time.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Provide a fun, challenging way for a large number of people to get to know each other.
  • Build strong work relationships within and between teams.
  • Promote the values of well-being, collaboration, and enjoyment of and care for the outdoor environment.
  • Create an event which generates exciting press material to communicate the values of the organisation.

THE PROGRAMME

We have now staged more than 200 competition events over the past 30 years, ranging from 2 hours to 3 days in duration and for groups of 4 to 200 people.
Some of these were packed with action and adventure, others were more cerebral and included reflective exercises to help participants study the dynamics of their team from within. What they all had in common is that their aim was to build relationships across a large number of people in a relatively short time.
This style of event has worked well in bringing together diverse departments from within a company, or teams representing member companies within a trade federation or association.

For 25 years we have provided an annual series of weekend competition events for The Builders Merchants Federation. Member companies and suppliers are invited to enter teams of 4 people to undertake a full weekend programme of intellectual, teamwork and adventure challenges.  This annual event has helped our client build a healthy, vibrant atmosphere within their industry, and for the companies taking part it is an opportunity to build relationships within their team, too.

INVITATION

We would be delighted to invite you along to observe our next competition event, or a part of it if you prefer. Please contact us to arrange this or to receive more detailed information.
